(Elke Semerad/CBC)A serious crash is closing westbound Highway 417 at Innes Road, one of the main ways for drivers from the east to get to central Ottawa.The crash happened near the Aviation Parkway, according to an Ontario Provincial Police post on X around 4:15 a.m.It appears drivers going west on Highway 174 can move through the area after joining the 417.
